Project Management Tools Specialist
Location: Bydgoszcz
Your responsibilities
-
meets the customer to understand his business needs
-
runs convincing customer presentation and sets cost notes with Business Development and supports until deal signature
-
charges of meeting the customer, specifies end-to-end solution and sets up a process regarding the current NBCM resources knowledge and tool suite
-
develops NBCM solution architecture, creates low level processes and implementation plan
-
responsible for implementation of whole solution, database and tools configuration and customization, end-to-end solution testing with local team and trains of local team about whole NBCM solution
-
maintains whole NBCM solution and follows all further developments and change requests
Our requirements

very good knowledge about advanced excel functions
-
PowerPoint presentations making
-
expertise in scripting, coding (VBA, JavaScript)
-
knowledge in databases (SQL, Postgres)
-
MS PowerBI and PowerApps knowledge
-
knowledge about Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)

Developments and implementation tasks:
-
accountable for development and implementation of NBCM tools and process for customer projects
-
develops, configures and customize NBCM tools according to low level design
-
creates automation scripts using NBCM tools
-
builds NBCM project database according to specification
-
creates user interfaces for NBCM tool suite
-
creates NBCM manuals and training materials for local teams for specific projects
-
performs training sessions for local project team about NBCM solution
-
works closely with project team according to Agile model to gather feedback and implement changes in provided solution
-
supports local project teams with related questions and implements changes requests during project execution phase
-
monitors implemented solution and constantly looking for processes and tools improvements opportunities and automations during whole project lifecycle
Project management tasks:
-
manages the development and implementation process of NBCM service for assigned project
-
responsible for NBCM service implementation performance with respect to financial and operational KPIs such as cost, timelines and customer satisfaction
-
participates in project planning, implementation and analytics.
-
interfaces with project teams and key internal and external partners
-
supports monitoring and providing required information related to the progress of NBCM service delivery
-
creates project implementation reports
-
ensures that all documentation and information required for the project has been set up, maintained and are available to the project team and the customer
