Zakres obowiązków:

    • kontakt z klientem celem umówienia uruchomienia usługi szerokopasmowego dostępu do internetu światłowodowego
    • telefoniczne wsparcie serwisów związanych z podłączeniem i aktywacją usług
    • wykonywanie telefonów do klienta, celem weryfikacji poziomu jakości wykonywanych usług
    • przyjmowanie i wprowadzanie danych do systemu, aktualizacja danych
    • dbałość o realizację najwyższych standardów jakościowych obsługi Klienta

    • wykształcenie minimum średnie
    • znajomość obsługi komputera oraz pakietu MS Office
    • swoboda w prowadzeniu rozmów telefonicznych
    • komunikatywność, łatwość w nawiązywaniu relacji

Mile widziane:

Project Management Tools Specialist

Location: Bydgoszcz

 

Your responsibilities

  • meets the customer to understand his business needs

  • runs convincing customer presentation and sets cost notes with Business Development and supports until deal signature

  • charges of meeting the customer, specifies end-to-end solution and sets up a process regarding the current NBCM resources knowledge and tool suite

  • develops NBCM solution architecture, creates low level processes and implementation plan

  • responsible for implementation of whole solution, database and tools configuration and customization, end-to-end solution testing with local team and trains of local team about whole NBCM solution

  • maintains whole NBCM solution and follows all further developments and change requests

Our requirements

  • very good knowledge about advanced excel functions

  • PowerPoint presentations making

  • expertise in scripting, coding (VBA, JavaScript)

  • knowledge in databases (SQL, Postgres)

  • MS PowerBI and PowerApps knowledge

Developments and implementation tasks:

  • accountable for development and implementation of NBCM tools and process for customer projects

  • develops, configures and customize NBCM tools according to low level design

  • creates automation scripts using NBCM tools

  • builds NBCM project database according to specification

  • creates user interfaces for NBCM tool suite

  • creates NBCM manuals and training materials for local teams for specific projects

  • performs training sessions for local project team about NBCM solution

  • works closely with project team according to Agile model to gather feedback and implement changes in provided solution

  • supports local project teams with related questions and implements changes requests during project execution phase

Junior Project Leader / Project Leader

Project Leader will be responsible for end to end project management of the assigned orders including tracking order progress, coordinating site installation and network change activities as well as coordinating internal and external teams to deliver service in a timely manner. Project Leader will be also focused on delivering an excellent customer service working on own initiative with limited supervision and with high level of accuracy, problem solving approach and attention to detail. This experienced individual will deliver more complex work orders and will also be assisting and mentoring Junior Project Leaders.

Your responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing and tracking multiple orders for new network installations, changes and decommissioning activities from start to finish
  • Effectively documenting customer issues and delays
  • Partnering with other teams (both internal and external) to ensure resolution of the dependencies in a timely manner
  • Coordinating engineering and ordering teams to ensure readiness for network activities
  • Organizing and chairing network change and installation conference calls, if required
  • Providing real time work progress reports and updating inventory systems
  • Managing risk and issues that might affect orders delivery against the plan
  • Ensuring efficient communication regarding to the executed activities
  • Providing inputs to the PMO Reporting team
  • Acting as primary point of contact throughout the order lifecycle
  • Ensure customer’s and internal teams are updated with up to date order information and timelines
  • Meeting or exceeding KPI goals set for the position concerning customer satisfaction ratings and performance measures

Tx Optical Transmission Design & Configuration Engineer

Location: Bydgoszcz

Role Description

The key purpose of the role is to carry out the network design, build and deploy as well as provisioning, configuration and troubleshooting of Transmission Network Elements.

Main areas of responsibility

  • Collation of existing customer network solution and associated design and configuration data
  • Complete understanding of provisioning in a transmission network environment
  • Transmission network pre-design and design creation
  • Transmission network build, commissioning and provisioning
  • Work with field engineers to ensure configuration is installed, error free and ready for testing
  • Adherence to network security access policies and procedures
  • Drive all the activities needed to define new service during, if required
  • Cooperation with Process Engineer regarding migration process definition for new projects

Your Credentials

  • Ability to perform to a consistently high level under pressure
  • Good understanding of transmission network environment
  • Experience of working in a virtual team environment
  • Experience of service provider and enterprise operational structures and processes

Key Skills and Experience

  • Candidate must have advanced optical networking skills including but not limited to CWDM and DWDM technologies
  • Strong Transmission equipment configuration and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Network Management System suit i.e.: One Control, Preside, Site Manager, ENM, TNM
  • 3+ experience in designing Transmission Network solutions
  • Knowledge of transmission equipment such as Infinera TM Series and TG series, Ciena and OME6500 Photonic Layer would be an asset
  • Tx Vendors certifications are a plus
  • Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
  • Good analytical skills
